প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা ও অন্যান্য শর্তাবলী: ১ নং পদের জন্য এমআরএ সনদপ্রাপ্ত ক্ষুদ্রক্ষণ প্রতিষ্ঠানে ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রমে কো-অর্ডিনেটর/ জোনাল ম্যানেজার/ আরএম পদে কমপক্ষে ৩/৪ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে এবং ২০/২৫ কোটি টাকা ঋণস্থিতি ও ৫/৬ টি ব্রাঞ্চ পরিচালনার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। ২ নং পদের জন্য এমআরএ সনদপ্রাপ্ত ক্ষুদ্রঋণ প্রতিষ্ঠানে ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রমে আরিএম পদে কমপক্ষে ৩ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। ৩ নং পদের জন্য এমআরএ সনদপ্রাপ্ত ক্ষুদ্রঋণ প্রতিষ্ঠানে ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রমে ব্রাঞ্চ ম্যানেজার/ সহকারি ব্রাঞ্চ ম্যানেজার পদে কমপক্ষে ৩ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। এবং ৮০ লক্ষ থেকে ১ কোটি টাকা ঋণস্থিতি পরিচালনায় সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স শিথিলযোগ্য ও অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। প্রার্থীদের সংস্থার চাহিদা মোতাবেক আইনগত অভিভাবকের নিকট হতে অঙ্গীকারনামা দিতে হবে। আরও তথ্যের জন্য নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে দেখুন।
